•              Acceptance of an order 
By completing an order on our website you are making an offer to purchase goods from us. We will take payment from you on completion of the order immediately after checkout. After you have placed your order we will send you an order acknowledgement by email.  This is not an acceptance of your offer and the contract will be formed only if your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse an order.  Non-acceptance of an order may result from the product ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation of payment or the identification of an error within the product information including price or promotion. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. If your order is ultimately rejected, a refund will be made immediately and no contract will be entered into.

•              Your use of the products 
All our merchandise is for domestic use only. If you intend to use them for business, then you must check that they are suitable. You may also invalidate any warranty if the merchandise is used for business purposes.
Using the product for domestic purposes: we will be responsible for any loss that you suffer as a result of a merchandise failure, provided the reason for its failure was reasonably foreseeable by both of us when the contract was completed.
Using the product for business purposes: we will not be responsible for any economic loss including, but not limited to, loss of profit, revenue, contracts, savings, and loss of data, goodwill or reputation.
Our maximum liability will be limited to the replacement value of the merchandise. Whether merchandise has been used for domestic or business purposes, Skin Deep , does not, by law, limit or exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of duty, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.  Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, Pay Pal. We will take all reasonable precautions, in so far as in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you. Please note that prices are subject to change without notice.
